Wedding Stories... was founded by John and Felix Adamo in 2003 when they saw an opportunity to provide Bakersfield with its only photojournalism wedding service offered by full-time newspaper photographers who shoot pictures every day. Between them, Felix and John have 56 years of photojournalism experience. They shoot their weddings in true documentary style. Two photographers are used for each wedding, one assigned to the groom and one to the bride. While Wedding Stories... does provide some traditional group shot photography, the majority of our photos are candid moments documenting the wedding and the events surrounding it as it actually unfolds. It is important to us that the bride and groom understand our documentary style and really want this style of wedding photography before we accept the wedding.
